Hi, my name is Megan LaGrossa. I am an Advanced Reiki Master, IET® Practitioner, and a certified RYT-200 Yoga Instructor. My journey into energy work and yoga began two years ago, following a deeply traumatic pregnancy loss. Losing my daughter, Everly Mae, was one of the most difficult experiences of my life, yet it opened the door to profound healing through holistic practices. Reiki and IET are gentle, non-invasive healing modalities that support balance and restoration of the mind, body, and soul. Alongside this work, I also teach gentle yoga, weaving together movement, breath, and meditation to help create deeper connection and awareness.
