Christian Agosto is the founder of Healing Hands of Light Spa and has over 13 years of experience helping clients reduce pain, restore balance, and improve their overall well-being. His approach combines evidence-based bodywork with holistic wellness practices to create personalized sessions that support both physical and emotional health.
Christian is a licensed massage therapist, holistic wellness coach, 200-hour registered yoga teacher, breathwork and meditation facilitator, Reiki Master, Integrated Energy Therapy practitioner, personal trainer, and is currently expanding his expertise through Pilates training. He integrates modalities such as myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, therapeutic massage, stretching, breathwork, and energy healing to help clients move, feel, and live better.
Through Healing Hands of Light Spa, Christian is passionate about creating a welcoming space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and invest in their health. Whether someone is seeking pain relief, stress reduction, improved mobility, or a deeper mind-body connection, his goal is to provide compassionate, individualized care that supports lasting wellness.
